Weekend a la mode

I used to own a home in a lovely enclave of towns in the Florida Panhandle referred to as 30A. Those of you who've been there know that 30A is the route that meanders through adorable villages containing beautiful homes, fabulous restaurants and some of the most gorgeous natural beaches in the US. The sand is soft, white and spongy and the Gulf is emerald Green. This weekend I retuned to visit old friends in this nostalgic spot.

While headed out for cocktails, I wore my absolute favorite white Frame distressed jeans with a Celine giraffe print denim jacket. Underneath I have on an orange/multi colored Hermes graffiti scarf (given to me by a dear friend a few years ago) that I folded, wrapped and tied to create a top and my red and black snakeskin Jimmy Choo Abel shoes. For accessories, I am wearing a Chanel charm bracelet and carrying a beach ball inspired multi colored Rebecca Minkoff handbag.   

It was so fun repurposing a favorite scarf into an interesting, unique and even more beautiful top.  Do you have any accessories that you like to use in unique ways?  I'd love to know!
