Trending: Embellished Cargo Jackets
It's all about the embellishments! Last week, I posted adorable pins that adorned my white blouse. Today I'm featuring one of the many embellished cargo jackets that are trending and can be as versatile as that "little black dress" Take this olive Cinq A Sept embellished shirt jacket for instance. combining it with a beautiful pair of black Yves Saint Laurent tuxedo trousers, a silk turtleneck and long classic white cotton blouse would not be the obvious choice but it works so well. There are a number of variations available (and I feature a few below) but I adore the large crowned heart on the back of the Cinq a Sept jacket, along with the stars and black ribbon appliqués on the front chest pocket. Styling this look with the varying lengths of layers underneath the jacket offer texture and movement while the crystal encrusted sandals by Rene Caovilla and Chanel earrings provide a little shimmer. I love how this jacket gives a little edge to a formal look, and can also be worn with any number of outfits both dressy and casual.
